Puzhen’s products are developed by our international team of experts in the United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, and China, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.
What are the products made of? Are the materials safe?
Puzhen’s products use a range of high-quality, long-lasting materials that are both traditional and contemporary to match any décor. Many of our products are made of all-natural materials including maple and oak wood, hand-blown glass, porcelain, purple clay, and jade. All of our materials are tested by international labs such as TUV. All of Puzhen’s products pass the International Quality Standard Requirements.
How are Puzhen Life’s Aroma Diffusers different than other diffusers on the market?

Are there any side effects or allergic reactions to using Puzhen essential oils?
Puzhen’s essential oils are extracted from plants to be used to enhance mood and health. They are 100% pure and all-natural chemotyped essential oils for diffusers and have no reported side effects under proper use.

I have asthma. Can I still use an aroma diffuser?
Yes. Aromatherapy can be very helpful to people with asthma. If you are experiencing trouble breathing due to asthma, the flu, a cold, or allergies, or if you cannot sleep well because of a cough or sore throat, aromatherapy can help relieve these symptoms. Some essential oils have strong scents, so you may want to mix them with a sweeter scent, like lemon oil. Some examples of beneficial essential oils are:

How can I place an order on your website?
When you have selected the product you wish to order, click “Add to Cart.” These items will then be added to your “Shopping Cart.” You can delete these items at any time by clicking the little red cross by each item. You can choose to create an account, or you can shop without an account. When checking out, fill in the order form with your payment information and delivery address, check the items and quantities selected and submit your order.

I placed an order on your website - how do I know it has been validated?

How long is the delivery time?
Orders usually take 2 - 7 business days for U.S. domestic delivery. International delivery usually takes 7 - 14 days.
Do you ship outside the United States and Canada?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The customer is responsible for extra freight cost.

Can I return or exchange products purchased on Puzhen.com?
You have up to 30 calendar-days from the date the product was shipped to you to receive a full refund, less shipping and handling fees. When possible, the product should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that was delivered with the product.
Do Puzhen Life products come with a warranty?
Yes. Puzhen’s Products come with a one-year warranty (only to the original purchaser of the product). You can obtain this warranty by submitting your product’s registration form, which can be registered online in your Puzhen account.
My aroma diffuser is not working. What is the reason?
A diffuser may not work properly for several reasons, such as too much water or not enough water. Please refer to the operation manual that comes with the diffuser. You can also download this manual in PDF format from our website’s product details page for each diffuser. Can I use any kind of essential oil with your diffusers?
Puzhen’s aroma diffusers work with any essential oil. There may be elements in some essential oils, however, that are not suitable for diffusion. Puzhen’s essential oils are all natural, balanced, and safe.
How much essential oil should I use?
This depends on the space you wish to cover with the diffuser. Normally, 5-10 drops are ideal for a space of 300 square feet.
Do your aroma diffusers come with an instruction manual?
Yes. The manual can also be downloaded in PDF format from the product details pages of our website.
How should I clean my aroma diffuser?
Cleaning is a simple process, and the instruction manuals that come with the diffusers include cleaning instructions. The manual can also be downloaded in PDF format from the product details pages of our website.
